Have a story or book idea you’ve been meaning to finish? Join us for a three-part writing workshop led by Rachael Crawford of 518 Publishing Company, a woman-owned small press in the greater Albany area. Participants will learn practical strategies for drafting, revising, and publishing their work, with each session building on the last.  Participants are encouraged to attend all three workshops.  Registration is required.

Are you ready to publish your novel, novella, or short story, but don't know where to begin? Want to know how the publishing industry works? Or perhaps you would be interested in self-publishing if it was less scary. Attend Publishing 101, hosted by the 518 Publishing Company LLC, to learn the ins and outs of publishing and decide which method is best for you. Come ready with a story synopsis, which we will use to create a query letter or book blurb.
