Book a Librarian is a one-on-one session for personalized reference assistance with a librarian that is uninterrupted.
Book a 45-minute session by registering online or calling the Rotterdam Branch at 518-356-3440, to get assistance in one of the following areas:

• Navigating our new website, mobile app, or catalog
• ⁠Using one of the library’s databases
• ⁠Downloading e-books, audiobooks and movies to your device (Hoopla or Libby)
• Browsing the web/internet basics
• ⁠Setting up or using your email account
• ⁠Assistance using a personal device, i.e. tablet, smartphone, laptop
• Research/paper writing assistance
• Job applications or resume assistance
• ⁠Using Microsoft Word
