Event Details
This body positive yoga class will help you build strength, increase balance and flexibility, and decrease stress. This one hour class will include yoga postures, balance, breath work, and deep relaxation. If you are new to yoga this is a great place to start. All levels welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water and a yoga mat and blocks if you have them. Registration is required. For Adults 18+.
