ECCC 2025: Cosplay Costume Contest

Join us for our grand finale of the day!

If you would like to participate in the Cosplay Costume Contest, make sure that you have filled out an entry form when you arrive to the convention. We hold separate Children's and Adults' categories.

The Children's Category encompasses the following:

• Ages 0-5 with an older sibling(+13), or parent/guardian.
• Ages 5-15 solo or group up to 5 allowed.
• Family Group up to 5. (1x Parent + 4x Kids, 2x Parents + 3x Kids, etc)

The Adults' Category encompasses the following:

• Ages 16+
• Groups up to 5 allowed.

*All Group members must be themed TOGETHER.
We will not consider it a "Group" if one person is a Star Wars character, while another is in a Spider-Man suit, and another is dressed as an Anime character. A group would be 3 people all in Marvel Super Hero costumes, or 5 kids dressed as five evolutions of an Eevee from Pokémon, or even 4 different Pokémon with one dressed as a Trainer.

Prizes for First, Second, and Third will be handed out in each of the two Categories.

Judging will be performed by our crack Judging Panel who have judged at all previous ECCC's and local Celeb Mike Spring will be MCing again this year!

*Please note since this is a Cosplay Contest and we give higher marks to people who have constructed their costumes, over completely store bought costumes. We understand that some things such as a Batman Cowl and Cape usually need to be purchased, but hand-making/altering the body suit, gauntlets, utility belt and spats goes a long way. 3D printing is a huge plus in our books, especially if you happened to print it out yourself!
