Event Details

Building Brain-Healthy Habits, an education program presented by the Alzheimer’s Association®, provides research-backed guidance on brain health and the importance of taking action to protect your brain at every age.

Research shows there are everyday habits you can build today to help protect your memory and thinking in the future – even reducing your risk of cognitive decline and possibly dementia. Changing one habit has a ripple effect on others. Even small actions add up to big improvements.

In this program you will:

● Learn about healthy habits for your brain, like exercising and eating right.

● Hear why brain health is important at all ages.

● Build a personalized action plan for brain-healthy habits.

Now is the time to build healthy habits. Join us to learn how you can take positive steps to help you live better now and protect your memory and thinking as you get older.

This program focuses on healthy habits to help protect brain health. If you have concerns about or are living with dementia, there are several Alzheimer’s Association programs available to support you. Visit alz.org/CRF or call the 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900) to find resources near you.
