A Baby Café is a free drop-in service offering in-person breastfeeding/chestfeeding support for pregnant and/or new parents in the community. Siblings and partners welcome! Grab and go snacks provided.

Yes! You can hula hoop! Using a variety of adult sized hoops, we'll stretch, learn the basics, learn tricks, and choreography. Hula hooping is great low impact cardio, helps improve strength, balance and coordination and best of all FUN!!

Learn Spanish nouns and short sentences.

This two part class will feature conversational Spanish about colors, gardening, birds and insects! While the classes will have different content, you are not required to attend both classes.
