Week Calendar

Drop into the library for our Positive Play program.  A variety of stations will be set up for open play for children and their grown-ups.

Drop in and build something amazing with LEGOs, Duplos, Magnitiles, & more.  We provide the building materials; you bring your creativity!  All materials and creations will remain in the library, so don't forget your camera.

Come join the library in meeting the rescue birds from Whispering Willow Wild Care! During this exciting educational hour learn all about local New York State birds of prey and the effort needed to care for them.

Join us for an afternoon of Play-Doh! We'll supply the Play-Doh and accessories, you provide the creativity! Playing with Play-Doh is beneficial for young children as it helps to develop fine motor skills (and it smells really great too!).

Make your own play dough and reduce plastic packaging by buying natural ingredients. 

Participants will learn about the importance of reducing single-use plastics while making their own play dough to bring home.

With Cornell Cooperative Extension, participants will learn about the importance of composting and how vermicomposting can be done on a small scale to make a huge difference.
