Participants will learn how to decorate four different types of flowers on cupcakes using piping techniques.

Miss Lisa leads babies, toddlers, and preschoolers in this interactive music class.  Kids will listen to songs, engage in creative movement, and use instruments to have fun with music.

Event will be located on the Town Hall lawn, across from the Niskayuna Branch Library. 

Join us for a lively program led by members of the Ellen Sinopoli Dance Company.  The dancers will read stories and lead us in creative movements based on elements from the stories.

For kids ages 5 - 8 and their caregivers.

The Shark Riddle is a half-hour shark film for the whole family, featuring HD footage of over 20 shark species.

Beat the heat and enjoy a fun movie at the library.  We will be watching one of Miss Amy's favorites: Finding Dory.  Coloring sheets will be available as well. Goldfish crackers will be provided.

Tunisian crochet is an easy technique a little bit like knitting that makes a thicker material suitable for wash or dish cloths, potholders, and with fine yarn, scarves.

Be part of the Deconstruction Team!  We need your help.  We will be pulling up the group art project from the floor to get ready for a new program.  Tossing the tape and recycling the paper.

Do you love caring for plants?  Do you love dolls (or secretly despise them)? Either way you can get creative to decorate your very own Doll Head Planters!  All supplies will be provided-even the plants.  Dress for mess.

Monster Match: Shared Art

After listening and discussing the book How I Met My Monster, written by Amanda Noll and illustrated by Howard McWilliam, our kids will create their own pencil drawings of an imaginary monster.
