Have you ever wondered what the animals of a story book would be like if you could meet them? Join the Children's Museum at Saratoga at the library for story time as we get to know some of the animal stars from your favorite storybooks!

Join Barbara Lukas from WMHT for a celebration of Dr. Seuss's The Cat in the Hat! We will watch a short animated movie and enjoy craft activities based on the book character. The Cat in the Hat himself will be making an appearance as well!

Bring your baby and bounce along to songs, rhymes, and stories! Learn about early literacy resources and connect with other caregivers. 

Come check out our early literacy stations in the programming room, including a story time! We will have books previously selected for check out and a craft station every week! Activities and play stations will be different each week.

Join Mrs. Rojas for a story time presented in Spanish and English designed for families with children ages 0 to 8. Story time includes puppets, books, songs, a craft activity and a sensory station.

Beads, beads-we love beads!  Drop in to the Niskayuna Branch Library between 12:30pm - 2:30pm to create a fun perler bead creation!  Get creative or follow a pattern!

Everyone loves the taste of maple syrup. But why does a tree taste so sweet? We’ll learn how trees work, why sugar is so important, and—best of all—get a taste of real maple syrup.

Polar Party at the library!  Drop into the Woodlawn Branch Library between 2 - 4pm for fun polar themed activities.

It's National Bird Feeding Month and we'd love to celebrate with you!  Drop in to the Woodlawn Branch Library from 2 - 3 pm for and create your own bird feeder using recycled materials.
