The Woodlawn Book Club will be discussing The Personal Librarian by Marie Benedict.. Enjoy tea and light refreshments.

Make a colorful cardboard easter egg and learn how to weave with embroidery thread or yarn. For school ages kids.

Join us for this 5-week series for children ages 1-3 with their caregivers. This program encourages playing with your child and talking with child experts. Attend 5 weeks of the series to receive a completion prize. Registration required.

Bring your baby and bounce along to songs, rhymes, and stories! Learn about early literacy resources and connect with other caregivers.

Bring your current craft project to this social group to work on, meet new people and learn new skills. From knitting to quilting, and everything in between, we can help each other begin and complete craft projects.

Bring your fiber arts projects to the Crafting Nest at the Woodlawn branch library. Enjoy working together, meeting new friends, and helping each other to begin and complete crafts.

An active storytime combining movement and dance with books and stories! Led by an instructor from Baker School of Dance in Glenville. 

For children ages 3-5.  Separate registration required for EACH class.

Do you like to build and create? Join us weekly on Wednesdays for Build Zone where we build with Legos, Duplos, and other materials suitable for brains at various developmental stages. For ages 6-12. Younger siblings are welcome.

Join us for a fun building challenge using a variety of materials, including Legos, Magnetiles, Strawbees, and more. We supply the building materials, but projects will stay at the library, so bring your camera.

Practice your creative writing skills and use your imagination! Meet us for snacks, fun writing prompts, and sharing if you'd like.

Shower steamers provide intense, aromatherapy-focused, and, at times, sinus-clearing experiences (eucalyptus/menthol) by releasing concentrated scents into steam.

NYS Department of Taxation and Finance will be providing assistance to taxpayers in filing their 2025 taxes for free.

Getting out of the house with littles is hard. To make it a little easier, this relaxed early literacy session doesn't have a firm start time. Come in anytime between 10:15 and 11:15 and we'll have toys set out.
