Know Ivonne from the after school program at Duanesburg Elementary? Come learn some simple Spanish in fun and engaging ways with her after school at the library! For kids and their families. 

Stories & learning for families with children ages birth to 5 years old. 

Join us for this 5-week series for children ages 1-3 with their caregivers. This program encourages playing with your child and talking with child experts. Attend 5 weeks of the series to receive a completion prize. Registration required.

Fun and hands-on, this interactive STEAM storytime will encourage preschoolers’ curiosity about the world around them through Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math themed activities.

Reduce, reuse, recycle... parade? Join The Schoharie River Center for an informational session and crafting jam all about the Trash Parade! 2025's First Annual Trash Parade, themed around "water," will take place in Schenectady on May 16.

Come to the library and make a little mushroom plush! You could use it as a pin cushion or just have it as a cute buddy to keep in your room. No needles required. For kids and teens ages 5+
